Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification email (including tracking information, if applicable) when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

We offer the following shipping options:

Mainland UK: £5.00 (flat rate). Delivery is estimated within 2-5 business days after shipping.
European Union (EU): £15.00. Delivery is estimated within 5-11 business days after shipping.
International (Outside EU): £25.00. Delivery is estimated within 7-17 business days after shipping.

Important Notes:

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and other factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, etc.).
Please be aware that International shipments outside the UK may incur customs fees. Customs duties, taxes, and other charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

How to Track Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (if the shipping method includes tracking).
You can track your order using the tracking number provided on the carrier's website.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses:

We currently do not offer shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
